Building Changes is a Dutch network & knowledge SME company with a focus on creating a more healthy and future proof AEC sector. We work on inspiring and motivating AEC organisations to actively participate in taking on todays’ social challenges. Our pillars are Sustainability & Circularity, Processes & Information and Social Innovation & Collaboration. We advise private and public organizations on their challenges by applying validated knowledge on a strategic level (in organizations) and on an operational level (in construction projects). Our activities include, among others, building communities of practice and (public-private) partnerships, developing tools, consulting SMEs and local authorities, training professionals and managing projects/programs. Building Changes is involved in EU as well as national projects on sustainability (Green Deal, Task Force Knowledge & Innovation Water, Sustainable Companies Network), digitalization (national building agenda, DIGIdeal built environment), building quality (Law on Public Quality Assurance for Buildings) and social innovation (Passport4work, Career Development for Construction).
