Dear reader,
We would like to give you a warm welcome to the new H2020 project BUS-GoCircular: Shaping a Circular Sustainable Future.
In October, the Kick-Off Meeting by the Consortium took place, where all partners had the chance to get to know each other and kickstart the work for this project. In the meantime, great efforts have been made to create a circular construction framework, as well as the fundamentals of a circular skills qualification framework with a focus on multifunctional green roofs, facades, and interior elements. Besides, the team has set up communication channels and an infrastructure to collaborate and co-create with this diverse team, with partners from seven EU-countries.
BUS-GoCircular is ready to shape a circular sustainable future: a future in which competent professionals and craftsmen have the skills they need to promote and realise a circular built environment, because both supply and demand of these skills have been stimulated. Because without skilled professionals, there will be no change.
We also invite you to subscribe to the BUS-GoCircular newsletter and to follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Thank you for reading and kind regards,
The ISSO coordination team (Jan Cromwijk and Carmen Poort)
